Vordís is a talented fourgaited mare with a lot of clear and fast tölt. During 2008/09 we took part in some smaller competitions, had fun in the galloprace and went to the sheeproundup.

She was shown 2009, but unfortunately she couldn't show herself at her best. Her marks were not as good as we hoped, but nevertheless we know what we have in her and enjoy her as a superb ridinghorse and breedingmare!

Vordís was covered 2009 with Geisli frá Sælukoti and gave birth to a beautiful black stallion on 18th of June 2010.
Vordís had no foal 2011, but was covered for a 2012 foal by our stallion Farsæll.
On May 23rd 2012 Vordís gave birth to a beautiful brownpintomare. 
She was covered by Snillingur frá Íbishóli in summer 2013 and on May 22nd 2014 we got a chestnut stallionfoal.
Vordís was again covered by Geisli frá Sælukoti and we were very excited about this darkbrown colt, which was born 23rd of May 2016.
Snillingur fá Íbishóli was our choice for a 2018 foal as we liked Fönix that much. A little red dun filly was born on May 15th.
At the moment Vordís is in foal with Óskasteinn frá Íbishóli. We'd definitely love to get another filly out of Vordís. But the main thing is a healthy foal.
